Before an idea becomes a product, it needs something to hold onto: a real observation, an honest question, a human feeling, or a tiny moment worth improving.
We do not begin with features. We begin by paying attention—to how people play, pause, choose, repeat, struggle, relax, and return. The roots give each idea a reason to exist before we decide what it should become.

We separate the layers so we can question each one, then bring them back together until the experience feels natural and complete.

We do not decide what an idea should become before we understand what it needs to do.
